Order of stay:
Ordering the stay is made in writing or by telephone and re-confirmed lodging.
Payment Terms:
All contracted services must be paid in advance, or advance a supplement on the pot, unless prior agreement made. For outstanding services, which were pre-order and paid - money not refunded.
Cancellation of stay:
In case of cancellation of stay order you to pay cancellation charges, which are valid from the date of receipt of written cancellation of the stay, unless otherwise agreed. Zhese cancellation charges, we reserve the right to deduct from the price paid. Cancellation fees are charged only in case of a stay of 5 nights or in the case of a group of 10 people.
Cancellation fees:
3,50 Eur per adult from the date of payment of advances to 30 day before the stay
25 % from total price of stay from 29 day to 20 day before the stay
50 % from total price of stay from 19 day to 10 day before the stay
70 % from total price of stay from 9 day to 5 day before the stay
95 % from total price of stay from 4 day or less, or in case if the resident fails
